So much gratitude right now, for the opportunity this time of year presents, to gather, to take time out of time to BE with eachother. To give thanks, give of ourselves, our gifts, to pour love into the food we eat, to dance in the kitchen & share meals with family and friends. Making time and space to embark on journey’s that nourish the soul, feed the spirit, and remember what we know deep down in our hearts to be true. The most important gift we can give each other is our presence, our time… cherishing these sweet adventures that deepen our bonds, where the outside world and the inside worlds merge. Soaking up the beauty and sunshine of the golden Sonoma Coast & these precious autumn days.

Calling on my fellow visionaries, dreamers, and believers. Guides and Companions, those who see a bigger picture. Those who know they are worthy of love & are ready to live it. Who are not afraid to know what they want & and call it to themselves. The Kind hearts, healers and providers. Ready to receive, ready to give, & ready to embark. To create, explore & BE. To grow, to dig deep, plant seeds & water them.
Its time to grow a beautiful garden, to go inside and ground a vision, with a deep knowing, & kindred allocation. Sending these seeds to the breeze. May they take root and with right timing and season to blossom into a most fruitful forest of beautiful life, feeding all in its sight with its beauty, filling bellies with its nourishment, & hearts with its warmth. With presence, honesty and reverence. For the benefit of those near, far, and beyond.
Bless it Be.

Manifesto [man-uh–fes-toh] : a public declaration of intentions, opinions, objectives, or motives, as one issued by a government, sovereign, or organization.
I have been working with this idea of a Manifesto for some time now. Actively spurred and inspired by a retreat with RLI, The Revolutionary Living Institute’s weekend workshop focusing on writing YOUR PERSONAL MANIFESTO last fall. Seeking out our big visions, asking the big questions, and attempting to get it all down on paper. No small task, especially for those of us ‘visual types.’ This process has stirred big questions that we might ask ourselves over and over in our heads, I know i do. The ones whose answers come in fleeting moments, in crowded bars, while stuck in city traffic, in the middle of a concert or touching film, the OH! that’s why …! They get scribbled on notepads, the back of receipts, journals, napkins, whatever is close at hand. I am challenging myself and anyone who’s up for it to piece these deep, kindling, inspired thoughts, together into your own personal guidebook, a map of the big picture, your own self driving, self proclaiming document, to be your guiding light when things get dim, or foggy and we lose sight! The BIG WHY. To bring us back to remind us what it is all about, what we are working for, and who our tribe is, that we can call upon when we get to our clarity and are ready for action! I will be posting my rough glimmers and drafts of this manifesto, as it comes in pieces, no matter how pretty… In the coming weeks & invite you to do the same! If you want to dig deeper and seek some guidance from some great coaches and inspiring courageous Women, enquire into the RLI Website, join the tribe, follow their blog, check them out here: http://www.revolutionarylivinginstitute.com Let’s get it started!!
“As it is, we are merely bolting our lives—gulping down undigested experiences as fast as we can stuff them in—because awareness of our own existence is so superficial and so narrow that nothing seems to us more boring than simple being. If I ask you what you did, saw, heard, smelled, touched and tasted yesterday, I am likely to get nothing more than the thin, sketchy outline of the few things that you noticed, and of those only what you thought worth remembering. Is it surprising that an existence so experienced seems so empty and bare that its hunger for an infinite future is insatiable? But suppose you could answer, “It would take me forever to tell you, and I am much too interested in what’s happening now.” How is it possible that a being with such sensitive jewels as the eyes, such enchanted musical instruments as the ears, and such a fabulous arabesque of nerves as the brain can experience itself as anything less than a god? And, when you consider that this incalculably subtle organism is inseparable from the still more marvelous patterns of its environment—from the minutest electrical designs to the whole company of the galaxies—how is it conceivable that this incarnation of all eternity can be bored with being?”

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.
